FORMAT*

• All Mixed Social Teams must field a minimum of 2 women on the field at all times. Teams may not field more than 5 men on the field at any time  even if a female player is injured.
• There will be NO BOARDS on the end lines for all Divisions.
• Competitive Div Matches will be played 6-a-side. 
• All other divisions will be played 7-a-side.
• All Matches will be played on Astro-turf.
• Players rostered on Womens Competitive Division are allowed to be rostered on 1 other Social Division Team only.
• Players rostered on Veterans 55+ are allowed to be rostered on 1 other Social Mixed Team only.
• Veterans 55+ Division - Hitting is NOT allowed.

• Veterans 55+ (born before Sept 1, 1968) 
• Under 19 Men (born after Jan 1, 2004) 
• Under 19 Women (born after Jan 1, 2004) 
• Under 16 Boys ((born after Jan 1, 2007) 
• Under 16 Girls (born after Jan 1, 2007) 
• Under 14 Mixed (born after Jan 1, 2009) 
• Under 12 Mixed (born after Jan 1, 2011) 
• Under 10 Mixed (born after Jan 1, 2013) 

​* All Divisions are subject to revisions, modifications and cancellations based on team participation for viable divisions. Any division can be 'CLOSED' at any time once the maximum number of slots are filled for that division or insufficient number of teams.
